Orders are sent via the Royal Mail first class Signed in the UK, and International Standard Tracked Delivery overseas. Please note, the Tracking service cannot deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.

Royal Mail Signed For First Class for proof of delivery aims to deliver the parcel on the next working day. Please note, this service cannot deliver parcels requiring a signature to PO Box addresses.

 

Royal Mail estimates that delivery to Europe takes approximately 3–5 working days, delivery to the USA and Worldwide 5–7 working days. Delivery times are, however, subject to customs clearance, local services, etc., which may affect estimated delivery times.

 

Please note that an item is not considered officially ‘lost’ by Royal Mail until 20 days (UK) and 30 days (Europe or Worldwide) after shipping has passed.
